Job Title: Social Media Growth Specialist/Intern No. of Positions: 5 Location: Rajajinagar Bengaluru Employment Type: [Full-time / Internship] Work Experience: 0-2 Years About the Role We are looking for passionate Social Media Growth Specialists to build and scale the digital presence of Rooman / FutureAcad across Instagram & YouTube.
You’ll play a key role in creating engaging short-form content, driving community engagement, and implementing growth strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Create and edit reels/short videos around AI, tech, and career development. Repurpose blogs and course content into videos, carousels, and posts. Manage daily posting schedules and follow trending formats, hashtags, and audio. Build community engagement through comments, DMs, polls, and collaborations. Track performance metrics and provide weekly growth insights.
Requirements
Passion for social media, video content, and digital storytelling. Proficiency in video editing tools (CapCut, Premiere Pro, Canva, or similar). Basic understanding of Instagram & YouTube growth strategies. Creativity and consistency in execution. For interns: no prior experience required, just proof of creative work (personal reels, campus fest promos, etc.)
