Capitol Lakes is currently looking for a Direct Care Staffing Scheduler to join our team.

This position will be responsible for the recruitment, selection, placement/hiring process, and scheduling for all Health Care Center employees. Wage Range: $20.00/hour and up ; DOE About You: Minimum of 1 years’ experience in a nursing home or senior living facility. Previous experience in human resources or business operations is preferred.

Knowledge of basic recruitment and HR practices, employment law and regulations. Demonstrated understanding of functions, organization, policy, regulations and procedures of a long-term care/skilled nursing facility. Strong computer skills and technology understanding is preferred. Good phone technique and communication skills.
