Associate Property Manager

Working closely with the Property Manager and/or Senior Property Manager, manage the day-to-day operation of assigned buildings ensuring that quality customer service is provided, and buildings operate within the constraints of the operating budget. Provide work direction to the CDP Engineers, Property Assistants and vendors/subcontractors assigned to projects.

Responsible for ensuring that company physical assets are maintained in good condition.
