WHAT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR Your Mission: You will own the commercial campaign and category activation agenda for a given season or region (CEE AT) to directly support business priorities, category growth, store traffic, and sales performance.

Campaign Planning Calendar: You will lead and coordinate the campaign calendar, including commercial campaigns, category pushes, promotions, CRM activations, and local marketing moments. Category Activation Promotions: Working closely with Buying and Sales, you will turn category opportunities into clear campaign concepts, defining promotional logic, intensity, and target groups.

Regional Relevance: You will ensure that all campaigns reflect local customer needs, market dynamics, store realities, and regional business priorities. Stakeholder Management Briefings: You will drive cross-functional execution across Marketing, Buying, Retail, CRM, Media, and E-Commerce, creating clear briefs for operational teams.

Performance Process Discipline: You will track sales impact, traffic, conversion, and ROI, deriving learnings and establishing routines as well as post-mortems to elevate execution quality and speed.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

You bring 5–8 years of experience in commercial planning, category management, campaign management, marketing operations, retail/trade marketing, or management consulting. Industry Knowledge Commercial Mindset: You possess a solid background in retail, fashion, FMCG, or marketplaces, along with a strong commercial understanding of sales drivers, margin impact, promotions, and ROI logic.

Project Management Methodology: You translate business priorities into structured campaign plans, briefs, and timelines, managing complex stakeholder groups with confidence. Mindset Work Style: You work in a pragmatic, hands-on, and solution-oriented manner, driven by a strong ownership mindset, resilience, and high self-initiative.

Languages Market Knowledge: You are fluent in German and English (additional Central/Eastern European languages are a plus) and have a strong grasp of the German market and local consumer behavior (CEE/AT).

For the position of Brand Manager CEE (m/f/d), we offer a monthly gross salary above the collective agreement starting at EUR 4,300 (framework collective agreement for employees in Information and Consulting); overpayment is possible depending on your specific qualifications and experience.
