Job description
Responsible for coordinating the activities for the regional aggregates operations including: planning, budgeting, forecasting, pipeline development and key performance indicators (KPIS) while ensuring safe, efficient and cost effective operational and commercial excellence. Under the direction of the Executive Vice President, supports business development and growth strategies to obtain maximum efficiency, economize operations, emphasize commercial excellence and maximize profits.
Serves as a company representative to the community and supports the regional and corporate initiatives as needed. Works closely with safety, environmental and human resources team leaders to develop a safe and great place to work environment that attracts and retains employees.
