Main Responsibilities: Help plan our client, team, and educational events in the community (we do over 100 events a year) Great at project management and getting things done Manage event logistics, including venue booking, scheduling, and attendance tracking Track and report key event metrics to measure effectiveness and guide improvements Coordinate with vendors, speakers, and internal staff to ensure smooth event delivery Helping with other tasks and projects needed for our operations team
