Senior End-User Support Engineer

We're on the lookout for a Senior End-User Support Engineer ready to make a real impact on our EPAM Warsaw Team. The person we need combines creative problem-solving with strong communication and solid people-handling skills. Please be aware that this role demands being physically present at the Warsaw office all five working days each week.

Responsibilities

Deliver a blend of in-person and remote support services to end users at the site Handle the configuration and setup of computer hardware, systems, printers, and scanning equipment Collaborate with service providers and network engineers to address and resolve technical concerns Perform ongoing upkeep of meeting room equipment to keep it functioning properly Make sure ticket handling adheres to SLA standards and meets response time commitments Spearhead software installation tasks and work through any technical issues that emerge Take ownership of incident tickets from the moment they're filed until they reach resolution Carry out routine server room maintenance to ensure equipment remains reliable Manage cabling organization and upkeep for IT-related hardware Follow established IT Work Instructions when completing everyday responsibilities Keep hardware inventory records accurate and updated on an ongoing basis Requirements A minimum of 4 years of applicable experience in a similar position Strong grasp of Network Fundamentals and troubleshooting approaches for resolving connectivity-related issues Hands-on proficiency in Windows Endpoint Administration, including workstation maintenance and management Working knowledge of IT Service Operations Fundamentals that enables smooth and dependable service delivery Practical experience with Microsoft Intune Support Essentials for handling device and endpoint administration Effective communication skills combined with a proactive, problem-solving orientation Strong motivation to explore emerging technologies and quickly adjust to new obstacles Ability to sustain strong performance even in pressured or fast-paced conditions Intermediate proficiency in English Willingness to act on instructions and guidance from the direct manager Nice to have Hands-on familiarity with macOS and Linux systems Background using Remote Access Tools to deliver support to systems from a distance
