What We Are Looking For
We’re looking for a Product Development Coordinator to keep our product development projects organized and moving, from first concept to launch. You’ll manage timelines, coordinate samples, suppliers, and packaging, track approvals, and keep every team on the same page as we bring real-ingredient products to life. You’re highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented, and you love the challenge of juggling many projects and people at once.
You follow up without being asked, spot problems before they become delays, and keep projects on track. What You’ll Do Project Planning & Timelines Build and manage detailed project plans and timelines for new products, reformulations, and packaging updates, from concept through launch. Track milestones, deliverables, owners, and deadlines across every product in development.
Flag risks, delays, and dependencies early, and work with project owners to keep projects on track. Cross-Functional Coordination Serve as the central point of contact for product projects across Product Development, Quality & Regulatory, Operations, Supply Chain, Marketing, Creative, and E-Commerce. Schedule and run project meetings, take clear notes, and follow up on action items to keep everyone aligned.
Make sure handoffs between teams happen on time and with complete information. Samples, Suppliers & Packaging Coordinate product samples, sensory and taste testing, and feedback rounds with internal teams and manufacturing partners. Track ingredient, packaging, and component timelines with suppliers and manufacturing partners.
Coordinate packaging and label development, routing artwork and copy through the required reviews and approvals. Documentation & Approvals Maintain organized project files, including product briefs, specifications, test results, and approval records. Route documents through stage-gate and approval steps, and make sure required sign-offs are complete before each next stage.
Partner with Quality & Regulatory and our Master Data team so product information, labels, and item setup are accurate and complete. Launch Readiness Support launch planning by tracking the tasks each team needs to complete before a product goes live. Coordinate first production runs, inventory timing, and launch dates with Operations and Supply Chain.
Help prepare internal teams with product information, FAQs, and launch details. Reporting & Process Improvement Keep the product development pipeline and project tracker current, and share regular status updates with leadership. Prepare clear reports on project status, timelines, and upcoming launches. Find ways to improve our product development process, tools, and templates so projects move faster and more smoothly.
Qualifications
What You’ll Bring Experience 2-4 years of experience in project coordination or project management, ideally in product development, CPG, food, supplements, or health and wellness.
