Business Systems Analyst (BSA) - Guidewire ClaimCenter

Mandate Overview: The client is looking for a senior BSA focused on Claim. Center, within a Guidewire transformation program in property and casualty insurance. The role covers the full delivery cycle: process analysis, translation of needs into functional deliverables, participation in design and implementation, test case definition and user acceptance support.

The "systems" component is explicit: the mandate requires advanced knowledge of application integration, which sets this role apart from a business-focused analyst. The role also includes a continuity component, with follow-up of incidents, change requests and production issues. All requirements are presented as mandatory, including the Guidewire ACE certification, which significantly narrows the pool.

Candidate sought: a BSA with at least 5 years on Guidewire Claim. Center in property and casualty insurance, able to write user stories and impact analyses while discussing REST/SOAP interfaces with architects. Guidewire ACE certification and advanced English are part of the expected profile.

Center or Billing. Center, with no Claim. Center project on the resume. Guidewire developer or configurator profile (Gosu, configuration) with no demonstrated responsibility for writing requirements or user stories. Property and casualty business analyst with no Guidewire project on the resume. Integration experience limited to a list of technologies, with no demonstrated analysis of interfaces or system exchanges in a project.

Claim. Center experience as an end user (claims adjusting, indemnification) with no analysis role on a project.
