Title: Director & Head — ServiceNow / ESM Tools Practice Location : Pune, India (global travel as needed) Own the practice numbers: revenue, margins and budget. Work with sales on big deals, from solutions and estimates to pricing and client demos. Manage our ServiceNow partnership and grow the number of certified people.

Oversee ServiceNow , ITOM and observability projects, and step in when things go off track. Hire, grow and keep a strong team, and build the next layer of leaders. Bring AI (Now Assist, GenAI, agentic AI) into our offerings and how we deliver. Build reusable assets and accelerators that help us win and deliver faster.

20+ years in IT, with 10+ years in ServiceNow , ITSM or ESM. 5+ years running a practice , CoE or large delivery unit with P&L responsibility. Handled a P&L of USD15M + and 20 + Clients Has led teams of 150+ people across countries. Has helped win multi-million-dollar deals. Solid ServiceNow knowledge: ITSM and ITOM, plus modules like HRSD, CSM or GRC.

Has worked with clients in Europe, the US, the Middle East or APAC. Engineering or computer science degree.
