Loan Processor

Supporting Home Equity Lines of Credit (HELOCs) and Home Equity Loans (HELOANs) in every market NCB serves, the Loan Processor manages both pipelines and coordinates processing to keep loan files accurate, complete, and on track to close within established timeframes. The Loan Procssor partners closely with Mortgage Loan Officers to deliver a smooth, efficient home purchase or refinance experience. The role also supports Residential Loan Officers' marketing efforts by coordinating materials, communications, and administrative tasks that promote lending products and build stronger relationships with customers and referral partners.
