Louis, MO This role is perfect for someone who enjoys hands-on work, problem-solving, and traveling across the country . You’ll support apartment communities that need extra help—working with a skilled team to complete repairs, unit turns, and property improvements. Travel Schedule 3 weeks traveling

• (50 - 75% in the St. Louis area, 25 - 50% out of state) 1 week off at home (12 weeks off + regular PTO) Assignments across 83,000+ units in 26 states Compensation $24.00 – $28.00 per hour Bonus: $2,500 bonus after 90 days Consistent 50-hour work weeks (overtime available) $50/day per diem while traveling Annual raises up to 5% Benefits 401(k) with 3% company match Medical insurance (Blue Cross Blue Shield) starting at less than $50/month Vision & disability insurance 9 paid holidays Paid Time Off: Year 1: 80 hours Years 2–4: 120 hours 5+ years: 160 hours 20% rent discount at Monarch communities (terms and conditions apply) Tuition reimbursement program Annual anniversary gifts Additional Perks Tool reimbursement (up to $500/year) Winter boot & work pant reimbursement Employee discounts (Verizon, Expedia, Office Depot, and more) Paid EPA certification training (in-house) Key Responsibilities Complete maintenance work orders based on priority Perform unit turns / make-ready preparation Interior & exterior painting and staining General maintenance (plumbing, electrical, carpentry, drywall) Assist with renovations, capital projects, and major repairs Support on-site maintenance teams Complete special projects as needed Qualifications 1+ year of maintenance experience (apartment or related field preferred) Experience with drywall repair, painting, and carpentry Basic knowledge of plumbing and electrical systems Some experience with HVAC and water heaters preferred Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Good communication skills Commitment to quality service Candidates may be asked to demonstrate basic maintenance skills during the interview.
