• Timberlane Landfill Location: Oakdale, LA Pay: $21-24/hour (based on experience), weekly pay Schedule: Monday
• Friday, 6:00 AM - 5:00 PM + Occasional Weekends We're looking for a skilled Equipment Operator to join our landfill team in Oakdale, LA. If you've got 3+ years of experience on a dozer and compactor and take pride in keeping a site safe, clean, and running smooth - we want to hear from you.

What You'll Do

Operate heavy equipment, including dozers and compactors Compact waste efficiently and safely Transport dirt and other materials as needed Act as a spotter to support safe on-site operations Perform daily checks, cleaning, and basic maintenance on equipment Help maintain a clean, safe and compliant facility Work outdoors in all types of weather, rain or shine Why Join Waste Connections?
