Team. As a critical member of the Family Office Client Service team, you will partner closely with Lead Advisors and other members of the client team to deliver an exceptional experience for our most strategic and complex families. This is a highly client-facing role requiring sound judgment, discretion, independent decision-making, and exceptional attention to detail.

You will regularly work with highly confidential financial, legal, and personal information and will be expected to anticipate client needs, evaluate complex situations, recommend solutions, and drive work through completion. As a Senior Client Service Administrator, you will also serve as a resource to the broader team by providing operational leadership, maintaining high standards of quality and accuracy, and helping develop and support other Client Service Administrators.
