Facilities Custodian (Early Morning) — Part Time Boulder Country Club | Two Positions Available Pay: $18.50 per hour Schedule: Approximately 20 hours per week per position (5am-10am); weekend availability required Reports to: Facilities Director Boulder Country Club is seeking two dependable, hands-on Facilities Custodians to help keep our buildings, tennis courts, and outdoor areas clean, welcoming, and ready for members.

This position combines housekeeping duties with indoor and outdoor facility upkeep.

Responsibilities

Clean restrooms, locker rooms, offices, fitness areas, and other common spaces. Vacuum, sweep, mop, dust, clean glass, remove trash, and replenish supplies and towels. Maintain indoor and outdoor tennis courts, including blowing off courts, removing debris, and operating court-cleaning equipment. Perform power washing of exterior surfaces and common areas as required.

Safely use power tools and cleaning and maintenance equipment after training. Clean, sanitize, fill, and distribute drinking-water jugs; maintain clean jug stations. Keep campus walkways, patios, entrances, and exterior areas free of litter, debris, and overflowing trash. Report maintenance needs, safety concerns, and supply shortages to the Facilities Director.

Assist with housekeeping coverage and other related facilities duties as assigned.

Qualifications

and Physical Requirements Dependable attendance, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and with a team. Friendly, professional interactions with members and staff. Willingness to learn safe cleaning practices and proper equipment operation. Ability to perform physical work, including standing, walking, bending, and lifting, with or without reasonable accommodation.

Ability to lift and move supplies and equipment weighing up to 50 pounds; use a dolly or assistance for heavier items. Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions. Previous custodial, housekeeping, grounds, or facilities experience preferred; training provided. Your main goal is to keep the Club clean, organized, and welcoming throughout the day.
