Guest Services Representative

• Jersey City, NJ, Salary Range: $15.92 - $15.92Hourly, As a Guest Services Representative, you are the first point of contact for our guests and play a critical role in creating a fun, safe, and memorable experience. You will assist guests with registration, waivers, reservations, attractions, memberships, food and beverage purchases, and general inquiries while embodying RPM Raceway's commitment to hospitality and guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Welcome and assist guests upon arrival. Process check-ins, waivers, memberships, and race registrations. Operate POS systems and handle cash/credit transactions. Answer phones and assist with reservations and event inquiries. Provide information regarding racing, attractions, pricing, and promotions. Monitor guest flow and ensure a positive guest experience.

Resolve guest concerns professionally and escalate issues when necessary. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk and guest areas. Support birthday parties, corporate events, and group activities. Follow all company safety, operational, and customer service procedures.

Qualifications

Excellent customer service and communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced entertainment environment. Cash handling and POS experience preferred. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. Weekend, evening, and holiday availability required. Previous hospitality, retail, restaurant, entertainment, or guest services experience preferred.

Physical Requirements Ability to stand for extended periods. Ability to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally. Ability to move throughout the facility as needed.
