This is how you make impact In this role, you are the HR business partner for management and team leaders. You provide advice on a wide range of HR topics and ensure that HR policies and processes contribute to a positive, professional, and future-proof working environment. You are a trusted advisor to managers, team leaders, and employees, supporting them on topics such as absence management, recruitment, talent development, performance management, employment law matters, and employee engagement.
You balance both the business and people aspects of HR and actively contribute to a workplace where employees feel valued, enjoy their work, and have opportunities to grow and develop. Together with your HR colleagues, both within the operating company and Corporate HR, you will contribute to the further professionalization of HR processes and projects.
You will report directly to the HR Manager. Travel expense reimbursement. This is what you bring to the team You are an experienced HR professional with a proactive mindset and a genuine passion for people and organizations. You combine a pragmatic approach with strong advisory skills and easily build relationships with employees, managers, and colleagues. You are visible within the organization, understand what is happening at all levels, and can translate HR topics into concrete actions.
In addition, you bring: Bachelor's degree level working and thinking ability, preferably in Human Resource Management, Educational Sciences, Applied Psychology, or a related field. A minimum of 8 years of relevant HR experience in a broad HR advisory role. Demonstrated experience with absence management, employment law, recruitment, and talent development.
Proven experience advising and coaching managers and team leaders. Knowledge of Dutch employment legislation and regulations. Excellent command of both Dutch and English. Experience with AFAS and HR data analysis is considered an advantage. A natural connector who gains energy from supporting people and strengthening teams.
Your daily responsibilities include Advise and support managers, teams, and employees on HR-related matters. Manage absence and return-to-work processes and maintain close contact with occupational health services, employees, and managers. Provide guidance on employment law matters, performance management, employee development, and offboarding.
Support recruitment activities and contribute to an excellent Candidate Experience. Initiate and support activities that strengthen engagement, collaboration, and a positive employee experience. Analyze HR data and translate insights into practical improvement initiatives. Optimize and execute HR processes while ensuring the consistent application of HR policies.
Actively participate in HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
