About the Position: Best Chevrolet is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Quick Lube Advisor / Internal Advisor to join our growing service department. This is a key, dual-role position that combines customer service and administrative support to ensure our Quick Lube lane runs smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Quick Lube Advisor Duties: Welcome customers into the service lane and identify their vehicle maintenance needs Provide accurate service recommendations (oil changes, filter replacements, etc.) Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely and accurate service Keep customers updated throughout their visit with professionalism and courtesy Internal Clerk Duties: Accurately enter repair orders and service data into our system Maintain organized records and assist with internal service vehicles.
