Project Manager
Job description
The Role We’re looking for a Project Manager to lead the day-to-day execution of social-first campaigns. In this role, you’ll manage timelines, budgets, and deliverables across creative, strategy, and production teams—ensuring campaigns are delivered seamlessly, on time, and on brief.
While not required, experience managing brand partnerships, sponsorships, or influencer programs is a strong plus, as all of our campaigns include cross-brand collaborations and talent-led activations.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end delivery of social-first campaigns across platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube).
- Own timelines, scopes, budgets, and resourcing for multiple concurrent projects.
- Serve as the operational lead, translating client needs and briefs into clear deliverables for internal teams.
- Partner with creative, strategy, and paid teams to align campaign execution with platform best practices.
- Oversee workflows such as influencer/creator onboarding, briefing, and content approvals (preferred).
- Facilitate cross-team and client communication to ensure alignment and accountability.
- Anticipate risks, troubleshoot issues, and proactively problem-solve.
- Provide campaign tracking support and post-campaign wrap-up materials.
- Contribute to workflow and process improvements across the agency.
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of project management experience in a creative, digital, or social-first agency environment.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, content formats, and engagement best practices.
- Experience with brand partnerships, sponsorships, or influencer programs preferred.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders under tight deadlines.
- Excellent communicator with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency with project management tools (Asana, Monday.com, Smartsheet, or similar).
- Comfortable managing scopes and budgets.
- A collaborative, proactive problem-solver who thrives in fast-paced environments.
