Director of Operations

The Director of Operations –is a senior operations leader responsible for overseeing end-to end direct-to-consumer fulfillment operations, including warehousing, order processing, labor management, transportation coordination, and continuous improvement initiatives. This role is accountable for delivering best-in-class service levels, operational efficiency, cost control, and scalable growth across DTC fulfillment programs.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on, results-driven leader with deep experience in e commerce fulfillment environments, strong financial and KPI discipline, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, high-volume operation.
