Position Overview

Greenlife Healthcare Staffing is seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join a skilled care facility in Queens, NY. This role involves providing compassionate, high-quality care to long-term care residents, ensuring adherence to care plans, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Administer medications and treatments as prescribed. Monitor and document patients’ vital signs and health status. Collaborate with RNs, physicians, and therapists to implement care plans. Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) and mobility. Ensure compliance with infection control and facility protocols.

Requirements

Education

Completion of an accredited Licensed Practical Nursing (LPN) program. Licensure/Certifications: Active New York State LPN license. Proof of Hepatitis B immunity (required). Experience : Must have at least two (2) years of experience in a nursing home or hospital setting. Soft Skills : Strong communication, adaptability to rotating shifts, and teamwork.

Benefits

Earn $47/hour . Work Schedule: This is a Full-time position, and available shifts may vary based on the needs of the facility. Must work every other Saturday and Sunday.
