Requirements

1-2+ years of similar experience in a fast-paced environment; Excellent understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment and procedures; Accuracy and speed in executing assigned tasks; Proactive attitude with strong organizational and time management skills; Flexible schedule - Willing and able to work shift duties that may include evenings, weekends and holidays
