Financial Management Analyst

You will serve as a FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT ANALYST in the Northwest Regional Maintenance Center (NWRMC), Code 101 of PSNS and IMF.

For GS-11: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Applying basic financial principles to perform routine budgetary tasks, such as gathering financial data for others to use in budget formulation, tracking obligations against an established budget, and compiling information for standard financial reports.

For GS-12: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Analyzing financial and budgetary information to advise on budget execution (e.

g., performing account reconciliation, processing financial transactions, managing project funding, and generating reports), ensure compliance with regulations, and recommend improvements to financial processes. For GS-11 position only: In lieu of specialized experience, you may qualify with the following education or combination of both education and experience: Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree or 3 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree or LL.M., if related.
