Maintenance & Driver

POSITION TITLE: Maintenance and Driver POSITION SUMMARY: This role is responsible for general maintenance at both the Dayton and the Cincinnati locations. This position makes regular deliveries between the two store locations using a company van. This position is based at the Dayton location. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: Building Maintenance: Minor repairs including plumbing.

General upkeep. Furniture assembly. Painting. Changing furnace filters. Deliveries between two store locations. Lot/Landscaping: Blowing off lot. Salting entryways during winter. Spraying for weeds & fertilizing flowers. Ensuring store grounds are free from trash/debris. Cleaning showroom vents. Running Errands for general supplies.

Deliveries to Clients. Van Maintenance: i.e. car wash, vacuuming inside, etc. Liaison to outside service providers: i.e. tradesmen, inspectors, etc.

QUALIFICATIONS

Must have a Valid Driver’s License & a Clean Driving Record. Must be bondable. Must be able to lift up to 60lbs. Must have a Professional appearance. Must have good Communication Skills and work well with others. Must have good Time Management Skills.
