• Infusion to join our healthcare team. This role is vital in providing high-quality infusion therapy to patients, ensuring their comfort and safety throughout the process. The ideal candidate will possess strong clinical skills, a commitment to patient care, and the ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team. Duties Administer intravenous (IV) infusions and injections as prescribed by physicians. Provide patient education to patients. Monitor patients during infusion therapy, assessing for any adverse reactions or complications. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans. Conduct thorough assessments of patients' medical histories and current health status. Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding treatment plans and procedures. Assist with discharge planning, ensuring smooth transitions for patients leaving the facility. Maintain accurate documentation of patient care activities in accordance with regulatory standards. Stay informed about current best practices in infusion therapy and participate in ongoing professional development. Skills Proficient in IV infusion techniques and experience administering injections. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on patient education.
