We are seeking two talented and passionate Beauty Therapists to join our Salon at Ballantynes in Christchurch CBD.

There is a full-time and part- time position available where you will deliver exceptional beauty and wellness treatments to our valued customers in a premium retail environment. As a Beauty Therapist, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming and professional atmosphere whilst providing high-quality beauty services that enhance our customers' experience and drive business success.

Key responsibilities

Provide a comprehensive range of beauty treatments including facials, skin treatments, waxing, and other therapeutic services to clients. Conduct thorough consultations with clients to understand their beauty needs, skin concerns, and preferences. Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and loyalty.

Stay informed about new beauty treatments, products, and industry trends. Work collaboratively with the broader beauty and retail team.

What we're looking for

Valid qualification or certification in Beauty Therapy from a recognised training provider. Proven experience working as a Beauty Therapist in a professional salon or retail environment. Strong knowledge of skincare, beauty treatments, and cosmetic products. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse clients.
