Service Detail Technician

• St Augustine, FL, Salary Range: Undisclosed, About the Position We are looking for a motivated, dependable Automotive Detail Technician to join our dealership team. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, has a strong eye for detail, and understands that a clean, professionally presented vehicle is an important part of the customer experience.

Responsibilities

Thoroughly clean and detail new and used vehicles Wash, dry, vacuum, and clean vehicle interiors and exteriors Shampoo carpets, upholstery, and floor mats as needed Clean and condition dashboards, trim, leather, and other interior surfaces Clean windows, wheels, tires, and engine compartments as appropriate Prepare vehicles for customer delivery, the showroom, and the sales lot Inspect completed vehicles to ensure dealership quality standards are met Maintain a clean and organized work area Safely operate detailing equipment and use cleaning products according to instructions Assist with other dealership cleanup and vehicle preparation duties as needed Qualifications Previous automotive detailing experience preferred, but not required Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment Ability to stand, bend, kneel, and lift throughout the workday Professional appearance and positive attitude Ability to work effectively as part of a team Must be available to work weekends and nights What We Offer Flat rate and hourly pay positions available Competitive pay Full-time employment Opportunities for advancement Employee discounts, 401k, Health benefits and Insurance Supportive dealership team Consistent work in a professional environment If you take pride in making vehicles look their absolute best and want to be part of a winning dealership team, we want to hear from you!
