As a Retail Clerk, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and providing information about our products and services to our guests.

You will be stationed in one of our retail locations including the Discovery Center, Day Butterfly Center, Country Store (located in the Country Kitchen Restaurant), Fantasy in Lights Tent (Winter during Fantasy in Lights program), Sand Bucket (located at Robin Lake Beach

• Summer only), and Pumpkins.

Responsibilities

Provide outstanding customer service to all guests Greet customers as they enter the retail stores and offer assistance as needed Answer questions about products and services and provide accurate information Process sales transactions and operate cash registers Maintain a clean and organized store environment Assist with restocking merchandise and completing inventory checks Participate in ongoing training and development programs Requirements: Strong customer service skills with a passion for people Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Cash handling experience preferred Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds If you are a motivated individual with a passion for providing exceptional customer service, we invite you to apply for this exciting opportunity to join our team at Callaway Resort & Gardens.
