Maintenance - Maintenance Technician
Job description
The Maintenance Technician ’s primary focus will be assist ing with the maintenance and upkeep of F ord Center. The Maintenance Technician reports to the Maintenance and Engineering Manager Job Duties: A ssist with building preparation for all events (including major events) and daily operations Help maintain cleanliness of the facility; uphold high standards for safety and appearance Assist in facility maintenance and preventative maintenance work as assigned Work with contractors and service providers to ensure safety and efficiency Serve as facility operation s representative for events at the facility R epair systems and equipment as needed Assist with all repairs and installation activities Check HVAC, Mechanical, Electrical and hydraulic systems to ensure functionality Assist with inventory management Track facility work orders and expenses Ab le to work swing shift as directed Able to work within our Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) Ensure a safe, clean, and friendly environment for guests, participants, and staff Perform other functions and activities across all DCFC owned properties as directed Qualifications: Certificate in a related area of study required 1 + years of management experience in facility operations at a venue of a similar size required Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio) Able to understand, troubleshoot, and repair systems, equipment, and tools Experience with equipment inventory and CMMS system preferred Experience with building management systems and lighting controls preferred Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills; ability to communicate effectively at all levels both internally and externally Able to simultaneously manage a high level of detail across multiple projects Able to demonstrate flexibility and quickly adapt to changes while maintaining high levels of productivity and effectiveness under pressure Able to work well within a team environment, offering assistance and support to team members whenever necessary Able to balance internal priorities with client expectations Able to work flexible hours, including nights, and weekends (including on-call duties) across all DCFC owned properties as directed The Dallas Cowboys provides equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment and prohibits discrimination and harassment of any type without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability status, genetics, protected veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state or local laws.
