Tasks and Responsibilities In this role, you will take the lead in driving national sales strategies and ensuring the success of our sales teams across India. You will play a central role in strengthening relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders, while also managing and developing high-performing teams.

With a clear focus on results, you will ensure that our brand maintains a strong presence in the FMCG market. Work strategically to achieve and exceed seasonal and annual sales targets. Lead, mentor, and motivate sales teams across regions to deliver strong results. Develop and implement national sales strategies, forecasts, and business plans.

Build and maintain executive-level relationships with key customers and stakeholders. Organize and participate in trade shows and promotional events to enhance brand visibility. Identify opportunities for improvement in productivity, processes, and efficiency. Collaborate with regional managers on pricing, territory management, and inventory planning.

Requirements

This position calls for an experienced professional with a proven record of managing national sales operations in the FMCG sector. You should bring strong leadership qualities, a results-driven mindset, and the ability to build long-term customer relationships. Knowledge of the incense industry will be considered a strong advantage.

Proven ability in strategic sales planning and execution. Strong team leadership and performance management experience. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Deep understanding of FMCG trends and consumer behavior. Proficiency in forecasting, sales planning, and revenue management. Ability to attract, hire, and develop sales teams across regions.

Multilingual skills and computer literacy.
