As a Spa Consultant, you will play a key role in enhancing the client experience by offering expert advice on spa treatments, products, and services.

Key Responsibilities

Greet and engage clients in a professional and friendly manner. Assess client needs and recommend appropriate spa treatments and products. Provide detailed information about spa services, packages, and promotions. Schedule appointments and manage client bookings efficiently. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of spa industry trends and product lines.

Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business. Assist with retail sales of spa products and ensure proper inventory management. Collaborate with spa therapists and management to ensure seamless client experiences. Maintain a clean and welcoming spa environment.

Qualifications

Previous experience in spa consulting, beauty, wellness, or related customer service roles preferred. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to understand client needs and provide tailored recommendations. Knowledge of spa treatments, skincare products, and wellness trends is a plus. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.

Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed. High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certifications in beauty or wellness are a plus.
