About the Team

The Enterprise Transformation (EX) team is the current SAP Partner of the Year for Singapore and also SAP’s Regional Strategic Partner. The EX team is continuously looking to build its capabilities and competencies in line with SAP’s regional strategy and in working with our clients both old and new on their transformation journey.

Role Overview The successful candidate will serve as the Service. Now technical and functional authority within a SAP-led enterprise transformation programme. They are expected to close the gap between SAP process design and Service. Now platform delivery — ensuring that Finance automation, approval governance, and system integration operate as a unified, reliable solution.

Custom Application Development Design and build custom Service. Now applications beyond standard ITSM, with a focus on Finance-related workflows. Develop scoped applications for processes including Purchase Order (PO) management, Sales Order (SO) tracking, and Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) handling. Strong experience in Workspace.

Build reusable components, Flow Designer flows, and Business Rules that align with enterprise architecture standards. Translate functional requirements from Finance and business stakeholders into robust Service. Now solutions. Maintain high code quality standards - enforce naming conventions, logging, error handling, and documentation. 2. Approval Workflow Design & Implementation Implement complex, multi-tier approval workflows within Service. Now. Build dynamic approval systems driven by financial thresholds, cost centre hierarchies, and organisational structures. Configure and customise the Service. Now Approval Engine to support SAP-aligned process logic. Ensure approval audit trails and compliance reporting are built into every workflow. 3. SAP–Service. Now Integration Design and implement bi-directional integrations between Service. Now and SAP S/4HANA (and related SAP modules: MM, SD, PS, FI/CO). Build integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, SAP OData services, Mule. Soft, SAP BTP / CPI, or Integration Hub as appropriate. Develop and maintain Integration. Hub spokes and subflows for SAP data exchange. Manage data synchronisation for SAP master data including vendors, customers, cost centres, WBS elements, and purchase orders. Ensure integration resilience through error handling, retry logic, and operational monitoring. Collaborate closely with SAP functional and technical teams to align integration contracts and interface designs. 4. Functional Consulting & Process Design Engage with Finance, Procurement, and Project Management stakeholders to understand and document business requirements. Translate SAP process knowledge (PTP, LTC, RTR) into equivalent Service. Now workflows and automation. Conduct fit/gap analysis between standard Service. Now capabilities and business requirements. Produce functional design documents, technical specifications, and process flow diagrams. Support UAT and SIT cycles — prepare test cases, coordinate testing with business users, and resolve defects. 5. Platform Administration & Governance Administer and manage Service. Now platform instances across development, test, and production environments. Maintain Update Sets, manage deployment pipelines, and coordinate release processes. Enforce Service. Now platform governance standards — code review, instance health, performance, and security. Configure and maintain users, roles, groups, and ACLs in line with security and compliance requirements. Perform regular platform health checks and optimisation activities. 6. Technical Leadership & Collaboration Provide technical direction and mentoring to junior Service. Now developers. Collaborate with Solution Architects, PMO, and functional consultants to ensure solutions are aligned with programme objectives. Participate in architecture and design reviews, contributing Service. Now domain expertise. Support pre-sales and solutioning activities including effort estimation and solution presentations where required.

Requirements

Minimum 5–8 years of hands-on Service. Now development experience, with demonstrable delivery beyond standard ITSM implementations. Proven experience building custom Service. Now applications — scoped apps, custom tables, forms, portals, and application logic. Strong experience developing Finance-related processes within Service.

Now, including PO, SO, and WBS-related workflows. Strong experience designing and implementing complex multi-level approval workflows within Service. Now. Strong hands-on experience integrating Service. Now with SAP — S/4HANA, ECC, or related SAP modules. Good understanding of both the functional and technical dimensions of Service.

Now — able to bridge business requirements and platform delivery. Proficiency in Service. Now development toolset: Flow Designer, Workflow Editor Scripted REST APIs, REST Message / Integration. Hub Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies Service Portal / Employee Service Centre (ESC) Reporting, Dashboards, Performance Analytics Update Sets and deployment management Good knowledge of SAP integration protocols and standards: OData, BAPI/RFC, IDoc, REST/SOAP.

Familiarity with SAP process areas: Procure-to-Pay (PTP), Lead-to-Cash (TTC), Record-to-Report (RTR), or Project Systems.
