We are seeking a compassionate, motivated Family Service Counselor to guide families though one of the most meaningful decisions they will ever make � planning for their final arrangements. Our counselors provide both pre-need (advance planning) and at-need (immediate) support, educating families about their options while ensuring every detail is handled with care, professionalism, and dignity.

Commission/Hourly rate (Unlimited earning potential) Job-Type: Full-Time Location: Rest Haven Memorial Park Department: Family Services / Pre-Need & At-Need Sales Earning Potential This position is commission-based with unlimited earning potential, supported by an established brand and a steady flow of leads. 1st Year Expected Earnings: $60,000 - $80,000 Top Performers Earn: $120,000 - $200,000+ annually Actual earnings depend on individual effort, sales performance, and lead volume.

What You�ll Do Educate families about the benefits of pre-planning funeral and cemetery arrangements Meet with at-need families (partnering with a licensed funeral director) to assist with service and cemetery selections. Conduct follow-up calls, outreach, and relationship building within the community Maintain accurate records and manage your sales pipeline Represent the funeral home and cemetery with empathy, integrity, and professionalism
