Production Technician

The Production Technician is responsible for fabricating, assembling, and finishing electric drive systems for boat lifts.

This role supports production operations by working with materials, tools, and equipment to ensure products are built safely, efficiently, and to high-quality standards. Hourly Rate and Schedule: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour, based on experience Stable schedule: 5-day work week ~40 hours Monday

What We’re Looking For: High school diploma or equivalent (preferred) Experience in manufacturing, fabrication, or construction (preferred) Ability to read basic blueprints and technical drawings Mechanical aptitude with hand and power tools Strong attention to detail and quality Good communication and teamwork skills Organized with ability to prioritize tasks Problem-solving and decision-making ability Ability to lift 50+ lbs.
