Radiological Technologist
Job description
At Goodman Campbell Brain and Spine (GCBS), every member of our team is essential to fulfilling our mission to deliver exceptional and timely neurosurgical care with a steadfast emphasis on quality. We work to cultivate an authentic culture through purposeful actions that convey collaboration, respect and a shared vision of excellence.
We truly value every interaction we have – with our patients and each other. Our team is at the heart of all we do as an organization, and each employee has the opportunity to enhance the level of service we provide to our patients. We are in search of like-minded individuals, who are pursuing a job of purpose that impacts the lives of patients.
We are seeking a dedicated and capable Interventional Pain Management Radiological Technologist to streamline our patient experience by supporting our Pain Anesthesiologists in outpatient locations. This position is benefits-eligible, including PTO and Holiday hours - it does not involve nights or weekends, and has potential for flexibility in the schedule upon discussion, based on need.
Our Interventional Pain Management Radiological Technologist’s responsibilities include (but are not limited to) obtaining all equipment needed for a procedure, positioning and imaging patients, resolving equipment issues, and demonstrating knowledge of human anatomy, radiation safety, interventional supplies, and equipment operations.
Previous C-Arm experience or experience in Interventional Pain Management – specifically with Epidurals and Selective Nerve Root Injections – is helpful. With more than one role available based in Carmel, we also would like to identify someone who has the flexibility to travel to our Avon and Greenwood clinics as needed.
If Carmel is your only availability, we'd still love to talk! To be successful in this role, you should exhibit extraordinary customer service abilities to align with Goodman Campbell’s dedication to a positive patient experience. Outstanding employees in this role are detailed, accurate and efficient while striving to deliver the highest level of patient service.
As this role is an essential part of our team, active communication and respectful collaboration with peers is vital to success.
