Production Control Specialist

Our client, a Korean automotive company in Mexico, is currently looking for a Production Control / Supply Chain professional located in the Saltillo/Monterrey area:Required Qualifications. Minimum 2 years of experience in Production Control in the automotive parts industry.Experience in customer demand management and production planning.

Experience in production scheduling, inventory management, and material planning.Ability to communicate effectively in English (email, meetings, and communication).Must be able to communicate in Korean to effectively coordinate and participate in meetings with the headquarters in Korea.Preferred Qualifications. Strong knowledge of SAP / MES systems.

Experience with OEM customers such as Tesla, Ford, Hyundai, or Kia.Experience in CKD operations and import/export logistics.Key Responsibilities. Develop and manage production schedules to meet customer requirements.Monitor customer demand and ensure on-time delivery performance.Manage material planning and inventory levels.

Coordinate activities among Production, Logistics, Sales, and related departments.Analyze production capacity and support manpower/overtime planning.Monitor and improve key performance indicators (Sales, Inventory, Premium Freight, etc.)Communicate with headquarters regarding production and supply issues.Key Competencies.
