Call Center Specialist- Digital Experience- Moon Township, PA (Hybrid)

**Candidates must live within a commutable distance to Moon Township, PA, 15108 USA. STARTING PAY RATE: $20 per hour Job Objective: Deliver courteous and professional service to members, supporting Clearview’s digital channels. Handle inquiries through phone, chat, and email, resolve technical issues, and promote products and services that fit members' needs. Work Schedule: Initial Training: 6–8 weeks onsite at our Moon location. Post-Training: Primarily virtual; in-office 1 day per quarter as needed, based on operational needs. Hours: Monday–Friday: 7:50 AM – 6:10 PM (rotating shifts) Rotating Saturdays: 8:45 AM – 2:15 PM The start date is November 2026.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent Minimum six months’ related experience Call center and digital service experience preferred Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills Technical proficiency and adaptability Knowledge of credit union products/services Dependable and flexible with scheduling Key Responsibilities: Respond to member inquiries via phone, chat, and email in general and specialty queues Resolve digital service issues and provide technical support Assist with digital training for new hires as needed Meet KPIs and call volume goals Educate members on Clearview’s products and promotions Stay updated on procedures, promotions, and member trends Participate in trainings and meetings Suggest improvements to workflows and member service Perform additional duties as assigned Clearview values diversity in its workforce.
