The Business Development Associate is responsible for bringing the best restaurant and store partners to Toters.

Responsibilities

Acquisition of top restaurant and local store partners to our platform Seek out the appropriate contact persons to engage with Generate leads and call prospective partners Meet with partners face to face or over the phone Understand the needs of our partners and be able to respond effectively with a plan of how to meet them Have a good understanding of the businesses' products or services and be able to advise others about them Train new members of your team on the process of work On-boarding to the Toters platform Managing existing accounts Requirements: BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.

Experience in business development, sales, or a related role, preferably within e-commerce or delivery services. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with experience using data analysis tools. Strong listening, negotiation, and presentation skills; training in sales or negotiation is a bonus but not required.

Effective verbal and written communication abilities. Goal-oriented, with a focus on achieving business development objectives. Adaptable to changing circumstances and a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of the local market and trends is an advantage.
