Retail Sales Associate (Luxury Brand)

We’re seeking a Retail Sales Associate to deliver excellent customer service, drive sales, and maintain a well-organized and visually appealing store environment.

Responsibilities

Welcome and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems Follow up on sales leads and convert them into sales Upsell and cross-sell products where appropriate Maintain store cleanliness and visual merchandising standards Communicate product features and benefits to customers Maintain accurate customer and sales records Carry out opening and closing store procedures Support inventory tracking and stock management Reconcile sales records with internal teams Build and maintain strong customer relationships Achieve individual and store sales targets Perform other duties as assigned Requirements B.
