Position Summary

The Part-Time Teller is responsible for providing exceptional customer service while accurately processing a variety of banking transactions. This position requires flexibility and a commitment to delivering a positive experience for every customer. Schedule Requirements Flexible availability to work between the hours of operation: Monday-Friday: 8:00 a.

m. – 6:00 p.m. Saturday: 8:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. Individuals in this position normally work up to 25 hours per week. Essential Responsibilities Greet customers and assess their banking needs in a courteous and prompt manner. Process account transactions including check cashing, deposits, withdrawals, transfers, loan payments, and cashier’s checks Balance cash drawers at the end of your shift, count and package coins and currency, turn in any excess or damaged currency to supervisor Deliver outstanding customer service to customers and visitors.

Maintain confidentiality and comply with all bank policies and procedures Qualifications Excellent customer service and communication skills required. Cash handling experience preferred. Dependable attendance and punctuality required. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism.

Basic computer skills and the ability to learn banking systems.
