• The MS Therapist (Unlicensed) is responsible for providing therapeutic support and interventions to clients under the supervision of a licensed therapist. This role involves working closely with individuals to address mental health issues, facilitate personal development, and promote overall well-being, while adhering to professional standards and ethical guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct initial assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs and establish appropriate treatment plans.
• Provide individual and group therapy sessions using evidence-based therapeutic techniques.
• Collaborate with licensed therapists to develop and implement effective treatment strategies.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with organizational and legal standards.
• Participate in regular supervision meetings and professional development activities to enhance clinical skills.
• Work as part of a multidisciplinary team to coordinate comprehensive care for clients.
• Educate clients and their families about mental health conditions and available resources.
• Adhere to all organizational policies, procedures, and ethical guidelines in the delivery of therapeutic services.

Qualifications

Required Education:

• Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field from an accredited institution. Required Experience:
• Experience in providing therapeutic services in a mental health setting.
• Familiarity with behavioral health treatment plans and interventions.
• Experience working with diverse populations and age groups.
