Job Title : New Case Coordinator Type of Position: FULL TIME Location: Remote Pay : $20/ hr Must be eligible to work in the U.S. **Job Description : Core duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned : Refer client to medical treatment such as physical therapy or chiropractor Confirm client has scheduled an appointment with medical provider Obtain/reconfirm necessary details of how the incident occurred Research incident details and location when client does not have much information about incident Report incident to all parties' insurance companies and obtain claim information Review documents received from investigator and entered data into ACT Process a minimum of 125 cases out of intake to case management Ensures that all retainer documents are properly signed and filed Continues proper follow up with clients to ensure receive all relevant information on a daily basis Send referral communication email to firms we are referring lead to and update ACT with client information Meet in person with clients that will be coming into office to sign up.
