Trades Specialist IV

Independently performs general maintenance tasks and/or planning, managerial, and supervisory duties, as assigned, related to repairs, maintenance, and construction. Assists Campus Facilities Directors with repair, maintenance, and construction activities. Performs and directs activities related to repair, maintenance, and construction involving one or more trades, including carpentry, electrical work, welding, heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC), plumbing, boiler operation, and energy plant operations.
