Machine Operator

Worthington Enterprises is looking for multi-level machine operators on 2nd (2pm-10pm OR 3pm-11pm) and 3rd (10pm-6am) shift. At our Chilton facility, we manufacture Bernzomatic® hand torches and propane cylinders that help power everything from camping adventures to DIY projects. Job Responsibilities

Ability to work in a team environment focused on Safety, Culture, Quality, Delivery, and Cost. Follow setup and operational procedures to ensure accuracy and quality. Run entry-level equipment, completing processes per SOPs. Perform duties on the production line, including product transfer, parts assembly, and quality inspections, entry level computer skills.

Capable of working shifts with rotation. Know and follow plant safety rules, policies, and procedures. Ensure inventory accuracy and follow tracking procedures. Follow company policies. Assist others as needed. Maintain a clean work area. Complete required paperwork. Perform other duties as assigned by lead or supervisor.

Conduct all duties in line with Our Philosophy and legal, ethical, and contractual standards. Perform assembly, testing, material handling, welding, press room, and paint line operations. Follow detailed instructions to manufacture quality parts safely. Detect and address defects and quality issues. Count, label, and handle small parts accurately.

Maintain safety standards by following policies and procedures.
