European Wax Center is hiring a Guest Service Associate (also known as Front Desk Associate or Sales Associate) to deliver exceptional guest service while driving overall center revenue.

Key Responsibilities

Greet guests and create a welcoming, high-energy environment Promote additional services, new products/ promotions, sell wax passes and rebook guests to meet sale goals. Educate guests on our exclusive product line. Manage front desk operations, including, but not limited to, check ins, check outs, reservation scheduling, confirmation calls, cash handling, and inventory control.

Maintain a clean, professional, and organized center appearance. • Other Compensation & Benefits Paid Time Off (PTO): Accruals are based on role classification and years of service: Oregon Sick Leave (OSL): Accrued at 1 hour for every 30 hours worked.
