Account Management Associate

Job Title Account Management Associate In this role, you'll Apply your technical expertise to help the team deliver high-quality results and continuously improve performance. Share knowledge and provide mentorship to support others’ skill development. Analyze and resolve complex issues that have a broad impact, proposing improvements and risk mitigation plans.

Operate independently while staying aligned with team and company goals. Lead or contribute to projects that involve collaboration across different teams. Customer Excellence Build and nurture effective relationships with decision-makers within both Amadeus and customer organizations. Promote open communication to enhance collaboration and mutual success.

Act as the primary contact for resolving complex customer issues and driving satisfaction. Ensure service delivery aligns with contractual obligations and customer expectations. Work collaboratively with internal teams to maintain consistent quality and jointly address priorities. Business Development & Strategic Suppor t Identify opportunities that create long-term value for Amadeus and its customers.

Partner with internal teams to shape proposals and business responses that align with customer needs. Support sales and legal teams with information and insights to strengthen partnership outcomes.
