Head, Sales Operations

● Lead and manage all BPO sales operations to achieve client revenue, productivity, and profitability targets. ● Develop and implement sales strategies, operational plans, and performance improvement initiatives. ● Monitor sales performance, analyze key metrics, and drive continuous operational improvements. ● Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring excellent service delivery and SLA compliance.

● Lead, coach, and develop Operations Managers, Team Leaders, and support teams to drive high performance. ● Oversee workforce planning, resource allocation, and operational efficiency across all sales campaigns. ● Ensure compliance with client requirements, quality standards, company policies, and regulatory guidelines.

● Collaborate with Quality Assurance, Learning & Development, HR, and Workforce Management to improve sales capability and operational performance. ● Manage operational budgets, optimize costs, and improve campaign profitability. ● Identify business growth opportunities within existing accounts and support the onboarding of new sales campaigns.

● Prepare and present operational performance reports, forecasts, and business insights to senior management and clients.

Requirements

● Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or related field. ● 3-5 years’ experience in field sales or direct sales management, preferably in telecommunications, ISP, or fibre broadband sales. ● Proven experience in managing field sales teams and achieving / exceeding sales targets. ● Strong understanding of fibre broadband products and customer journey processes is an advantage.

● Excellent planning, analytical, and problem-solving abilities. ● Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple territories. ● Proficiency in Microsoft Office and sales reporting tools (CRM, Excel, etc.) ● Willingness to travel extensively and work on the field as required
