Overview
π£ π§π· We are currently looking for a Regulatory Compliance Officer for LATAM. This exciting new opportunity will be part of a world class, award winning e-gaming compliance team. You will be responsible for implementation and management of Games Globalβs regulatory compliance framework. You will be supporting the licensing projects of our games based on the the jurisdictional gaming legislation, rules and regulatory requirements specific to LATAM (Brazil) markets, to ensure the company ongoing compliance.
Responsibilities
π€ What will you be doing? Providing guidance and advice to key stakeholders on matters pertaining to gaming compliance legislation, you will help to develop appropriate solutions to ensure current and future compliance with regulatory requirements. Assist with the assessment and management of regulatory risks posed by products and services offered in any relevant jurisdictions.
Responsible for the daily management of licences (or regulatory registrations) including understanding the reporting obligations and legal requirements in assigned jurisdictions to ensure submission of high-quality reports to the relevant authorities. Building and maintaining positive relationship with regulators and any external local parties.
Prepare and submit licence applications and renewal as required. Keep abreast of relevant gaming legislation and compliance changes and advise on any potential impact and develop action plans as required. Liaise with various departments and build relationships with key stakeholders. Promote Compliance Culture within the business.
Qualifications
π Who are we looking for? Experience working within a compliance/regulatory role is required Proven ability to comprehend and interpret licensing conditions.
