What Our Sales Representatives Do Manage established retail relationships throughout Southern California Prospect for new accounts and develop additional sales opportunities Merchandise products and recommend solutions that improve customer profitability Build relationships with owners, operators, and key decision-makers Work with internal support teams and regional management to achieve territory growth objectives Compensation & Opportunity Estimated annual earnings: $100,000–$125,000+ Higher earning potential based on territory performance Established territory with significant growth potential Commission-based compensation structure Potential 1099 independent contractor or statutory employee arrangement, subject to eligibility and applicable law Qualifications: Ideal Candidate We're looking for an ambitious, relationship-focused sales professional with strong territory management skills, an entrepreneurial mindset, and a commitment to customer service. Backgrounds in CPG, convenience retail, wholesale distribution, route sales, and outside sales are particularly relevant. Candidates should be comfortable traveling throughout their territory, using sales technology, and performing occasional product merchandising, including lifting up to 50 lbs.
