Project Manager, Business Process Innovation [Finance]

Venture Global LNG (“Venture Global”) is a long-term, low-cost provider of American-produced liquefied natural gas. We are seeking qualified applicants for the position: Project Manager, Business Process Innovation [Finance] Located: Arlington Summary We are seeking a forward-thinking and results-driven Project Manager of Business Process Innovation to lead transformation initiatives across our organization. This is a high-visibility role where you will be responsible for driving large-scale business projects, architecting future state processes, and implementing innovative solutions that drive operational excellence, cost efficiency, and business agility.

This is an in-office position with required occasional travel General Description Duties & Responsibilities Innovate: Design and deploy cutting-edge frameworks and technological solutions that radically improve performance and/or end-user experience Execute: Lead large-scale business projects from inception to execution, performing data-driven analysis and maintaining rigorous management reporting Collaborate: Partner with cross-functional teams to identify business challenges and implement innovations that drives cost efficiency and business agility Optimize: Apply your expertise in P2P, financial reporting, and budgeting to ensure our financial systems scale alongside our organizational growth Qualifications Required experience 5-8+ years of experience in project management, business analytics, business process improvement, finance/accounting, or related field(s) A passion for continuous improvement, a critical eye for detail, and the ability to manage a diverse portfolio of high-stakes projects simultaneously Proven ability to navigate and influence stakeholders across all organizational levels, from operational teams to executive leadership Deep expertise in organizational change management, with a mastery of the principles and methodologies required to drive adoption and report on transformation success Skilled in architecting visual process maps and leveraging modern project management tools to streamline execution A comprehensive understanding of finance and accounting ecosystems and the technology frameworks that support them A successful track record of delivering high-impact projects within P2P, budgeting, forecasting, or financial reporting functions Required expertise with SAP and Coupa Preferred Experience Familiarity with SAC, Workday, Octave Sequence Enterprise (formerly, Hexagon- Eco.

Sys), Jira, or Workiva a significant advantage Required Education Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university required. Relevant master’s degree or professional certification preferred.
